Anderson Baptism

I cannot remember how long I have known the Anderson Family, but it has been quite awhile! I met them at my church in Wamego many moons ago. I used to babysit for them occasionally and love hanging out with their girls! I also did pictures for them last summer and you can see those pictures here. Sandy and Mattie recently made the decision to be baptized in their new church, Crestview Christian Church (www.crestviewchristian.org), and I was asked to help them capture this very special moment in their lives. I was so glad that I was able to be there, it was very moving. We met again on the following Friday for a few more fun outdoor pictures. Here are some of my favorites from the 2 days:

Stewart Family

For those of you who don't know, I was a Kaw Valley 4-H Club Member for 13 years...in my 13 years as a 4-Her I have met so many great families. The Stewart family is one of those families. I have been able to help them with fair projects and have gone to the fair to watch them show their livestock. I was so excited when Kim contacted me about taking pictures for her and her family. We decided to start on the K-State campus and I was even more excited to see that they came wearing their K-State gear! After campus we headed over to Pillsbury Crossing. They were so much fun and the kids were full of ideas and things to do! Thanks so much Kim and Darrin for letting me take your family pictures! Here are some of my favorites:

Veronica and Tucker

I was so excited to take pictures for Veronica and Tucker. Tucker had been a ring bearer in a wedding that I photographed in November. He was so adorable and the only ring bearer that ran down the aisle! I knew he was going to be fun! I met them in front of the Courthouse on Poyntz in Manhattan. Veronica talked first about pictures and then we just kind of let Tucker do his own thing. He was so energetic and wanted to explore. He would randomly just stop and smile really big and say "I'm ready for a picture!" We ventured down to the mall and then headed on to the Train Bridge. Thank you so much Veronica and Tucker for letting me take your pictures! Here are a couple of my favorites:
