Amanda-Class of 2011

I am proud to introduce you to Amanda. She is my first Wamego High School Class of 2011 Senior! I have known Amanda for several years through school and 4-H and was so excited to get to take her senior pictures. We started out at the Train Bridge and then headed over to Poyntz. Here are some of my favorites from her session and you can see more here. Thanks again Amanda for letting me take your senior pictures and good luck in the future!

Nina turns 1!

Nina is one of the cutest children I have ever seen...she just gets cuter and more fun everytime I get to see her. She has gorgeous blue eyes and is just such a happy little girl. We took Nina's pictures down in the Wamego City Park...which she absolutely loved! She had a great time on the swings and with her pink ball. She actually took her first steps all on her own earlier in the day, which I thought was really special. Here are some of my favorites from the evening:

Tyler & Monica are Married!!!

Monica and Tyler tied the knot on July 24, 2010. This wedding was very special to me since Monica is my best friend and I have known Tyler is practically a brother to me. It was even more special because I was Monica's Maid of Honor. We started the morning out at Head First Salon in Wamego. We then headed to the church to get ready and start taking pictures before the ceremony. After the ceremony we headed over to the K-State Campus and University Gardens to take some fun pictures. Their reception was at the Wareham Opera House on Poyntz. It was a fun filled day with friends and family. Congratulations Monica and Tyler and good luck in the future! Here are some of my favorites from their big day:

Ben S-Class of 2011

I was so excited to photograph my first Class of 2011 Senior! The even more exciting thing is that this Senior is my cousin. Ben attends Blue Valley and hasn't decided for sure but is considering attending Kansas State University next fall. I think that would be a good choice :) Good luck with everything Ben and thanks for letting me take your senior pictures! Here are some of my favorites:

Goehring Family

I have now known the Goehring family for quite awhile and love getting to take pictures for their family. Jordyn is now 6 months old in these pictures and is as cute as ever! Oakley and Trigg were showing their cute sides too in their pictures. It was a little hot out when we started pictures so we broke the evening into 2 sessions. Our first was at the Train Bridge and the second was at Jami and Cole's house. Thanks so much for letting me take your pictures again and I cannot wait to see them grow even more! Here are some of my favorites from the evening:

Anderson Baptism

I cannot remember how long I have known the Anderson Family, but it has been quite awhile! I met them at my church in Wamego many moons ago. I used to babysit for them occasionally and love hanging out with their girls! I also did pictures for them last summer and you can see those pictures here. Sandy and Mattie recently made the decision to be baptized in their new church, Crestview Christian Church (www.crestviewchristian.org), and I was asked to help them capture this very special moment in their lives. I was so glad that I was able to be there, it was very moving. We met again on the following Friday for a few more fun outdoor pictures. Here are some of my favorites from the 2 days:
