Congrats!

I just wanted to say Congrats to all 2010 Wamego High Graduates, but would like to especially say Congrats to Jeff and Starla! I had the pleasure of taking their Senior Pictures back in October. Here they are right after becoming Wamego High Graduates! Congrats and good luck in the future!

Wedding Preview--Ray and Ashley!!!

Ashley and Ray got married on December 31, 2009. It was a beautiful day filled with lots of love! Here is a quick preview of the day... I will post more later! Thank you Ray and Ashley for letting me be part of your big day!

Photo Updates

I have been busy taking pictures lately, just haven't had time to post very many yet. I am going to post a couple of teasers from some sessions lately.

Here are some of what I have been up to lately...I will try to do full posts later.

Jeff and Starla's Senior Pictures....We started the day out at Pillsbury and then headed over to the K-State Campus.

Also, Monica and Tyler decided that they wanted to do some fall pictures since the colors outside are so beautiful...so here are a couple shots from their fun session!

I am very excited that I have the privilege to shoot Ashley and Ray's Wedding at the end of December.....I sure hope the weather stays as nice as it has been lately for their day! We went to the Wamego City Park on a Sunday morning to shoot some engagement pictures....here are some of my favorites!

Anderson Family--August 26, 2009

It has been a little while since I have taken any official pictures...mainly due to the fact that August is a very very busy month. I had the pleasure of taking family pictures for the Anderson family last Wednesday. Rain was in the forecast, but someone was looking out for us and made it stay away just long enough for us to get our pictures taken! We started at the Wamego City Park and then headed out to Pillsbury for some fun water pictures. We even snuck the family dog, Starsky, into a couple of the pictures. It had been a little while since I had seen the Andersons since they had moved away, so I was really happy to see them. I used to babysit the girls when they were little and I was afraid they wouldn't remember me, but they said they did so I'll take it! Thanks again for letting me take your pictures! Goehring Family-July 26, 2009

Rika stayed with the Goehring family a couple years ago as a foreign exchange student...and she is back visiting right now. Mrs. Goehring was wanting to get some family pictures done, so they decided now was the time! We met Sunday morning in the Wamego City Park. It was a nice morning...not too warm, not too sunny....just right. Thank you for asking me to take your pictures and Rika it was good to see you again! Here are some of my favorites from the day:

Tyler & Monica Engagement Pictures--July 12, 2009

After we finished the Manly family pictures, Monica, Tyler and I headed out to take some engagement pictures. Monica has been my best friend for many years and Tyler was my neighbor while growing up, so it was really fun to get to take their pictures. Other than the excessive heat and humidity, it was a great time! Since they met at Wamego High School that is where we started. We also went to Brown Chevrolet in Wamego, K-State campus and the train bridge. Congrats on being engaged and I can't wait for our next photo shoot! Here are some of my favorites from the day:

Manly Family--July 12, 2009

We had a rough start to the morning on July 12th, waking up to a lot of thunder, lightning, and rain....but it all cleared up so our session just started a little later in the morning than we had planned on. I took the Manly family's pictures at their house in Wamego. We even got the dogs in a couple of the pictures! I had a great time taking their pictures....they are very entertaining :). Hudson Family--June 17, 2009

I have the pleasure to work with some amazing people at the Bennington State Bank...and they each have amazing families! Everytime I take pictures I hurry in with my laptop in hand or my camera because I am so excited to show them my pictures! Donna is one of the ladies that I work with and she had talked to her daughter, Julie, about my love of photography. Julie and I talked on Facebook about taking some pictures of her daughter, Maria. I was so excited to take them and we had a great time! Maria started off a little tired, but after a quick cat nap she was ready to go again! We started at the Wamego City Park and then headed over to Donna's house. Here are some of my favorites:
